The re delivery and receiving of our Taxibox after having it store quite a while was seamless. Driver was friendly and very helpful. Well done Taxi box.
Great experience end to end. We hired two boxes for 1 month, stored on-site with removalist services. Really appreciated the flexibility when I needed a date change, and the team were all experts.
Taxi box were great they picked up and delivered and the contact was great. Unfortunately I had my stuff in storage over 18 months and it was longer than I thought so I did wrap all my bedding and matress in plastic and it was really good. I had clothes and shoes in boxes but no plastic lining and had mould on some to my tip would be line boxes with plastic if storing for long period. No bugs in anything which was great.
Frank is a legend. What a stand up guy.
My day would have been stuffed without him.
If he didn’t wait 20 minutes, the loading bay wouldn’t have opened, I would have lost a lot of money on removalists I’d paid for that day and I wouldn’t be able to move in, plus a wasted day of work.
Not only did he do that, we had a great chat and a laugh along the way.
Jad was amazing helping with the booking/admin process & Frank was prompt and friendly for drop off/pick up! A seamless experience for a stressful process (as in moving!)… could not recommend more! Thanks so much 💛 (sorry, am unsure which depo but this was for Southbank, VIC)
The delivery and collection of the taxi box - I was always informed via text of ETA for the boxes and was able to follow the delivery track by the link provided in the texts. The drivers were always very professional.
TaxiBox came at time as promised. Delivery guy was very efficient. Installed the box exactly where I wanted it, even though we have a narrow drive, & he was gone.
I ordered and requested a same day pick up, on all the Advertising and information this states that drop off would be between 7-9 and subsequent collection would be between 12-4; in the morning when my box was getting dropped off I was advised by the driver that they would be back around 11; when quiered I was advised this is not how it works on a Saturday. I asked if he could give me a call when they were coming to collect it, the driver did atleast that and around 10:20 am, I got a call stating they are on there way and would be 40 minutes.
While I like the idea of the service, the advertisement timeframes are apparently just a suggestion; I am needing to arrange access to my locker so I can finish loading my things into the locker, along with paying someone with a car to help me get said stuff to greenacre; before having you move my locker to QLD.
In hindsight, I should have had it onsite for the business day to allow me more than enough time, but I could also not have forseen me coming down if the current respiratory infection as I currently have. However, in the same token, I would not have the need to arrange access if I was provided the full time that your website stated.
Fair to say, I'm not unhappy with the service, but not the most satisfying experience given the extra leg work for myself now.
The taxibox arrived on-time as updated on the link, very accurate timing for those with time restrictions. When arrived, Frank was a helping hand that ready to help anytime with a smiling face too. Assisted with heavy items together. Items has no damage with same position as stored them. All done in less time arranged time. Definitely would recommend Frank and taxibox team when moving. They make it a very easy and budget interstate move.
Frank was friendly efficient trustworthy and professional I highly recommend the taxibox process and the team as very easy to deal with and transparent as we have just sold our home and had inspections and so on.

Frank was unreal! It was bucketing down rain all morning for drop off, he greeted us with a smile and was so accomodating with the tricky driveway he had to navigate. In and out in a flash, no problems. A real pro!
In the afternoon (same day pick up) Frank was there with his big grin after copping rain all morning and then a 28 degree humid day, no fuss whatsoever picking up.

This was such a an easy process booked online picked a delivery and pick up date. Delivery time was to the minute and the driver was absolutely awesome could not do any more would highly recommend
I highly recommend Frank. He is incredibly kind, always with a big smile, and handles his work professionally. His time management is excellent, and everything about him is perfect. He’s truly someone you can trust and rely on.
Had a box come from Perth to Melbourne. Arrived at 7.40am in the pouring rain on the narrow streets of Richmond. Out lept Frank with a massive smile and full of energy and he helped up unload everything, until the last thing was inside and he locked the box up and disappeared to make the next persons day!

Amazing company with amazing drivers and staff. Our box arrived in Melbourne from Perth at 7.30am on a rainy morning and out leaps Frank the driver to help us unload. Couldn’t recommend more!
Our moving from Melbourne to Brisbane could be easier. It was great to have Taxibox in or driveway for a few days and load our stuff at our pace. Our furniture arrived as expected, nothing was broken. Driver Danny was very lovely. He even gave our son a diecast of Taxibox truck.

Had a great experience with Taxibox - used them firstly to store a box for a few months then decided to use them for our move as we had a few days in between moving out and moving in to the new place. Booking was easy and did both online and over the phone. Scheduling of pick up also easy - we weren't sure if our delivery would be straight forward as new house doesn't have flat ground. Danny, who delivered our boxes, took a look at photos of the new place and was able to advise everyone delivery would be fine. He was so helpful and really helped when we were a bit stressed. Communication was great with delivery/pick up of boxes advised via text with tracking available.
I would definitely use them again and recommend for anyone else unsure.
