This is the second time I have used Taxibox for my moves, and I am a fan. The deliverers are always friendly and helpful.
A suggestion would be that if you could coordinate the box deliverers and the unpackers for the same day, with collection in the evening, new residents would have to deal with less angry strata members. Logistical nightmare though, I know.
Great way of moving house, drivers are amazing but just really poor communication. Took several days and multiple followups to get my confirmation of booking email. Then used portal to notify my empty boxes were ready for early pickup, no response. Following day followed up with sms, no response. Following day followed up with phone call, only told then that early pickup was not possible. Arrived to pu boxes 06.40 am after sending an unseen text at 06.05 am, way too early to pu in a residential area with a very noisy forklift and before time they nominated on the booking, new neighbours wouldn't be happy
Taxi box were efficient and timely in delivery the boxes. The guys who helped my unload my 3 taxiboxes into my garage were great (from Hire a Mover). Patient and helpful. TaxiBox offered me helpers (at a price) but I went with a group called Hire a Mover (hireamover.com.au) who gave me a better (and less expensive) deal.
The delivery was fast and simply perfect. I could track and know exactly where the driver was. My street was narrow and really tricky, but the driver was calm and super experienced, delivered two boxes in no time. Give this guy a pay raise please, simply a legend. Can’t be more happy!!!
I needed to send a lounge suite to my son in Sydney so I looked at a number of options and came across Taxibox
The service, follow up and professionalism was second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them to each and everyone who wants to move stuff

It was such a convenient and pleasant experience having the box delivered and taken away when needed, it saved so much hassle of moving everything. Danny dropped the box off at our new place and took the time to ensure it was in a safe and accessible location, he us a genuinely nice guy and made the transaction fast a d simple. Will definitely use again if needed.

Taxibox is a great company and offers a great service. Really good prices and their staff are really helpful and responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs to move or store their items.
JP was amazing to deal with! He moved mountains to get us what we needed when we needed an extra taxibox on the day, and was thoughtful and genuinely cared. Taxibox has been so easy to deal with. A great moving solution!
